How does the 30-day free trial work?
The trial is risk-free; cancel within a month and we won't ask for a nickel. When you choose to continue using Draftboard past your free trial period, you may cancel at any time with no contractual obligations. All you owe on cancellation is the price for that month. Sorry, but we don't issue refunds after your initial 30 day trial and we don't prorate for partial months.
Is there a contract involved?
Nope. We are a pay-as-you-go service, so you can cancel at any time with no hassle and no legal responsibility. Pay month-to-month, and if you decide to cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.
Can I change plans at any time?
Of course you can! Upgrade or downgrade your service as needed in your account settings.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not support PayPal at this time. Presently we are accepting only online orders and cannot accept mail-in payments.
